Our Policies

Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover cards, as well as PayPal and Square payments. We do not accept cash, check, or money order. Payment is due at the time of purchase. 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is FREE for all orders $75 and up.

  • Shipping is calculated based on the size of the package. We currently have 4 shipping options available, depending on the size/weight of your order, and the destination.

  • At this time, we do not offer International shipping. We are hoping to be able to offer this option soon!

Shipping/Processing Time

  • After an order is received, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and package your order. We use USPS to ship via First Class Mail or Priority Mail. First Class mail orders will typically arrive within 2-4 business days of shipment, while Priority Mail takes only 1-2 business days. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped, and the tracking number will be included.

  • Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be extended by approximately 1-3 days (on top of regular shipping times), according to the USPS website. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is unfortunately out of our control. 

Returns/Cancellations

  • As all of our products are created in small batches, there is a very limited number of each available. For this reason, and also due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, nor can we replace damaged items. If a purchased item was not included in your shipment, please contact us ASAP. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of purchase and we will be happy to help resolve any issue. This is a case-by-case basis. 

  • We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order is final and will be shipped promptly. Once the package has left our hands, we can not make any changes to your address, so please be sure to double check your information upon checkout.

Privacy

  • We will never use your personal information (i.e., your name, address, phone, or email) for any purpose other than to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your order, or for legal purposes (such as taxes). We do not store, share, or track any personal financial information. All transactions are via third party payment processors using the latest encryption and security technologies.

Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the USPS to get it to you safely and intact.
